This week is term break in Melbourne and that means less running around and more time to play, read, and cook. I'm going to try a couple of new recipes out.
Monday - Oven-baked pumpkin risotto with not-bacon (V)
A family favourite, and the kids' pick for today.
Tuesday - Gluten-free pizzas (home made) with potato & prosciutto / ham & cheese
We're going to have a go at making our own bases as well as toppings.
Wednesday - Beef satay on brown rice
A new recipe from Sue Shepherd's Two Irresistible for the Irritable book.
Thursday - Roast chicken with roasted & steamed veggies
It's cold. We'll need a roast.
Friday - Grilled barramundi on lemon spinach creamy rice
Another new recipe!
Saturday - Pasta with tomato-basil sauce (V)
We do have a busy day planned on Saturday.
Sunday - Roast vegetable frittata with salad (V)
